I would always get the largest cage you possibly can. Remember, this pet will live for 15-20 years or more and this cage is their entire world. Of course you can always upgrade the cage as you go, but it's important that they can at least turn around fully with their wings outstretched even when you have perches and toys in it. So you need a full wing-turning space IN the cage inside all the other stuff you add to it.
i dont think so. i have a parakeet so i dont really think there is. im pretty sure the cage should be bigger though for another bird coming in or i should say 'out' lol
