i'd say there's probably some outside reasons that are making you feel horny. sometimes i get horny our of anxiety or pressure, and then somtiems i masturbate a lot kind of like to escape from it... maybe you're under a lot of pressure? like too much to do for school/university, or sth about your bf (or wanting a bf if you don't have any)? i'd recommend you to start doing other activities and getting engaged in them. sports usually work fine, from tennis to just plain jogging. hang out with friends.
maybe you're close to your period? or even on it? that's usually common. or maybe if you just started birth control.
i would agree with Matty. You might consider masterbating to help calm yourself and combat the "horniness"
