Since they work in front of a monitor for many hours a day, they are at risk for neck and back strain as well as carpal tunnel syndrome. Due to the darkness of the rooms and again - watching monitors, they can also develop eye strain. It’s not much different from any other person who works in front of a computer all day.
Even i get spondylitis problem once in a while as i do sit in front of computers for more hours. But i take time out whenever i get that time and it will help me a lot
We’re in the same boat…you need to walk away every so often and stretch out those tight muscles
If pain is severe, i do take day off. I do other things which are not tiring for eyes or enjoy one full day as it will release this pain a lot
