What songs are super easy to cover for?

In school in our music classes, our music teacher is making us do a cover of any song of our choice. We were thinking of “welcome to the black parade” by MCR but im not to sure and we also need a second song just incase we cant do that one. So an easy rock song would be awsome. we really enjoy these bands 30 seconds to mars my chemical romance all time low knickleback (kinda) day to remember and any others u guys find will be taken in to account. We can only use ultimateguitar.com for tabs and we have to be able to find all of the tabs bass and chords on that website. i think thats all the details….
