what is the name of this song and it's performing artist?

the only lines I know from the song are something to the effect of “climbing up the walls and screaming”. although it may not be climbing, it might be “tearing at” or “pounding on”, i really don’t know. all i know is that it sounds like a punk-rock song or maybe an alternative song. please help me, not knowing is driving me crazy.

The song Karma Police and Paranoid Android also came from the same album. All the songs are excellent on Ok Computer. It made album of the year in many publications when it came out.
