Sometimes I start shaking ?

Sometimes when im in a new place or surrounded around people I dont know I start shaking uncontrollably. I try to calm myself down and try to stop myself but it doesnt work. After shaking for so long my bones start to hurt and I cant even enjoy myself. Its not that im scared because im in a new place or around new people. This also sometimes happens when im just at home with my family. It makes my bones hurt really bad. Can anyone help me ? Can anyone tell me possibly what this is ? Can anyone tell me how I can completely stop this from happening, if possible ?

Hi! Sounds like you may be having panic attacks. For some reason, you are not feeling secure inside. Especially if it happens at a familiar place such as at home. Identify what in your life that is over-stressing you, causing you discomfort to the point that it is giving you this anxiety. Once that is identified, work on that problem, doing whatever you need to do to bring you some peace of mind. In the meantime, When going out to those new places or people. As old people used to say, “Grab the Bull By The Horns!” INstead of sitting back shaking, use whatever outgoing personality you can must, and drive yourself out there and make friends! Use your sense of humor, your wit, and take charge of the scene! Practice makes perfect! And of course, know that “they” or “the place” where you are at, can’t really hurt you. Life is an adventure, not a slow trip down a dark mine shaft! Take Care! Don
