Why do I dream that someone trying ot kill me?
every night I have crazy scary dream that someone is trying to kill me. why is this. does anyone know anything about dreams.
oh and I dont even watch scary movies.
hmm are you worried or stressed about anything? if you are, that might be why also, are you on any medication? because that could cause some pretty wild dreams and scary dreams could be a result of what is on your subconcious mind or it could be a result of any bad experiences that you have been through maybe they are still on your mind? dont worry about it just try to think good calming thoughts when you’re in bed visualise a happy time in your life or a great place that you have visited just try not think anything negative I hope I helped in some way
