Do you ever feel so fustrated, tired and angry that you just wanna cry? That is how I am feeling right now, any suggestions on how to keep calm?

I get that a lot. I feel sometimes it's good to have a cry. It lets everything out, sometimes I feel really angry if I suppress my feelings by not crying. If you don't want to cry then go for a walk or run to make you feel better :)
yes! I sing and watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer (not at the same time though) and then I feel better...try that
usually I write or color and that helps me a lot. or listen to music
Take a power nap. It can revitalize you and make you calm again.

crying is good for you. you should cry. dont hold it in.
