Smudging Eyeliner
So I usually wear eye liner to school but by second period all my eyeliner happens to be off is there any special brand or any special thing to do to keep it on my eye? and I dont put it on my lids, I acually wear it on my eye haha its hard to explain. :) Thanks

you mean you wear it on the waterlines of your eyes, right before your eyelashes start? well, that’s one reason it might be coming off… try and use a waterproof eyeliner.
