it’s probably a yeast or bacterial infection. you need to see a doctor. it’s nothing to worry about if that’s what it is, I’ve had them before, but the only way to get rid of it is to see a doctor. they’ll prescribe medicine for you, and it will only be one pill and in about three days the whole thing will clear up! :)
