im not sure how much it would cost..every place has different prices…my friend got a wrist tat..and it was just a small star and it was $60…but it just depends…and yes it will hurt..that area is really tender…but think about it…every tattoo is going to hurt…just be brave =) and good luck

Every artist sets their own prices for tattoos so its hard to tell you an exact price. You also have to factor in how much detail it has, how large you want it, and do you want any colors - because those all change the prices. Your looking from anywhere from 40-150 depending on how its done and the artist that does it. Its always worth paying top dollar for tattoos though…cheap prices usually mean cheap work.
