I'm a teen girl, 17 years old and am already pretty fit. HOWEVER i really want to lose some of the fat in my thighs. I want skinny legs. How can i achieve this?
Personally I've found that an exercise bike is the best way to loose thigh fat. I did 5km every second day when I started out, then got up to 10km every second day and then got up to 20km everyday on the hardest gear going as fast as I could. I lost weight on my thighs and bum very noticeably from that.

Can't lose weight in just one area, doing squats will build muscle in your legs and butt, but cardio will take off some fat around your body. Combine them for effectiveness.
walking is the best way to slim down those thighs.
Running and squats help as well.
