How much sleep should i get?

I am 15 and my body is always tired from my lack of sleep? I either get to much or too less. About 4 hours a day and my skin looks unhealthy. Can anyone help me?

you should be getting like 8-10 hrs of sleep each day… meaning if you go to bed at 9:00 you should wakeup at 6:00

get 8 hours if yuo can and try not to nap in teh afternoons as this will cause you to go to bed later. and go to bed a gd time. midnight as a max and get up around 8am

Actually this depends on your age. at 15 you should at least try and get 8-10 hours of sleep. Full grown adults only need about 7-8 hours of sleep, with men often needing less sleep that women.

Also you need 4 hours of REM sleep (deep sleep).

I currently function on about 6 hours of sleep. Not healthy,but your body can actually get used to almost any amount.

And you are mentioning your skin looks unhealthy and that you are constantly tired? Maybe you should ask your doctor or pharmacist to look at an iron or vitamin B deficiency. Both is quite common at your age, because of periods etc.
