what do you do when you can't sleep?
I take a Melatonin pill just before going to bed. Melatonin is a natural product of the human body, so it isn't something you have to worry about. You can usually get it at any Health Food store and probably most pharmacy or drug stores.

Counting sheep sucks and I always loose track and become more awake trying to remember so I just focus on my breathing and relax and eventually I just fall asleep.
put a mug of milk in the microwave and heat it up, but not to hot, that always makes me sleepy, think about someone, have a really warm shower
just do what you were doing prior to sleeping, and stop worrying about how tired you'll be. frustration can keep you up
