well honestly you can go to brand name stores like american eagle, pac sun, old navy, and areopostle. they have stuff discounted like 25%- 75% off all the time. just shop around and if nothing else there is goodwill and walmart :) (don’t knock goodwill you can get some good shiz there)

wet seal! all their jeans are under 20 usually and they are quite durable… I’ve had one pair for almost 3 years and theyre still in one piece

you can go to ross they have cute jeans for like 15-20$ and also buckles, they are kinda expensive but have SUPER cute jeans and you can get them cheaper on buckles.com for like 35-45$ I have a pair and they are reeeaaalllyy cute. hope that helped
