I have that too I’ve had it since I was about 5 or 6 which was after my parents divorce my mom says its bc of being stressed/depressed for all these years but the doctor says its something diffent I don’t know what its called though but he told me that when I take a shower to make sure to scrub the parts of your body were the bumps are and after the shower to put some lotion on the area too (:

If it is on your upper arms and back then it could be keratosis pilaris (also some people get it in their faces. This is actually very common on most people. It can be red or white and looks like razor bumps and if you scratch a little white (very small) piece of skin comes out of it. I use to have it very badly on my face as well. I think about 50 % all people have it.

I have that too, and so does my mom. Its called Keratosis Pilaris. Look it up on Google for some solutions.
