What size gauge are industrial bar piercings usually done in?

Does the helix cartilage piercing have gauge sizes or is it the standard size like a regular ear lobe piercing?

I can't find a piercing retainer for helix piercings all I can find are ones for nose, labret, eyebrow, monroe, lip and tongu...
