This isn't true in every case. Even if a condo and a single family home have the same amount of square feet in them - one can appear much larger than the other.
Everything from the color of the paint on the walls, the furniture, the floorplan, mirrors on the wall, decorations in the condo/home, the floors, etc, can completely change how big a room appears to be.
Not all single family homes look or are tiny. It all depends on the square footage of the place. I have no idea what homes you've been looking at. There's homes that cost several million dollars/tens of millions of dollars that are definitely not tiny.
Well they r bigger by square ft, and like I said the high ceilings and the way the lay the condo out gives kind of an illusion in a way
Maybe cuz of the way they r built, and do u mean inside or out? I know condo's have very high ceilings
i meant from the inside of the single family home
