How can I become a better singer?

People say im a good singer but I don’t know. I want to get better so I can believe it. How can I become a better singer?

tere is a lot of things that you can do! this may saund wierd but holding your breath in and let it out slowly for at least 30 min a day it works! its on your diafram mucle tat is at work 2 and it helps! also practicing the scales do, re, mi, fa, so, la, ti, do! it helps I did it and I came to be the nationals Citywide chior singer! try it!

practice…do the scales, sing with your mouth open wide(north to south, not east and west as my old teacher put it)…use good posture…this might sound weird but squat with your back straight for some reason it helps…try sight singing it really helps improve your singing because you can practice hearing a pitch and matching it. you learn the beat that way.

oh and sing from your diafram(cant spell)…pretty much you want your stomach to breath without your shoulders rising…practice breathing exercises.

It’s like taking piano lessons - you take vocal lessons. And they really make a difference. Also, join your school’s choir. (10+years experience talking here)
