Simple question :)
school days; half 9 or 10 & get up at 7.00 but lay in bed till half past :L weekends/days 12ish or later and sleep in till whenever inless im going out.
between 3 and 6am :s I'm a student and once I'm in a pattern its difficult to sleep at regular times, but who needs to get up for uni right lol
School days: around - 10 and get up at 6 30 am Weekends/days off - no later then 1 am and sleep till 12 pm
11 on school nights and anytime in the week but its best to gett a pattern other wise it causes stress ect
weeknights : 10 :30 to 11:00 because I wake up at 6:45 weekends : whenever I fall asleep :)
On school nights 10, on weekends when ever I fall asleep.
11 or 12, laely later though!
