Its pretty much a lost cause.
Silicone is VERY resistant to all forms of laundry detergents and most household cleaners. The only chemicals strong enough to break down silicone, would also destroy the clothing.
The real option is to wash it... many many many many many times.
This process will cause the silcone to ERRODE (like the Grand Canyon) out of the clothing fibers. It takes forever. Before the silicone is gone, your clothes will either be faded, worn out, or out of style.Candlewax out of cotton?
