Have you been running? Sometimes when I run hard i get pains in my side too!

If you take one or two different pain killers and they don’t work, then you should, like I’ve been told take a hot pack. If its still maybe take a warm BATH, not shower. If it’s still bothering, then go to the hospital. BUT DO something about it. Or later IT MAY BE TOO LATE and you might regret not having done something sooner.
