Too much sweet food will make you feel sick. It's just because it is rich and it's something that your body knows it shouldn't be having a lot of. Specifically what foods make you feel like this? And what is the 'sick' feeling? (eg: dizziness, fatigue, upset tummy, headaches, tiredness, weighted limbs). Diabetes is something you might want to look into. Some symptoms can be a strange appetite (like you are sick with sweet foods). Other symptoms ca be, but are not limited to, tiredness, extreme thirst, inability to quench thirst, weighted limbs, inability to focus... Those are the only ones I can think of right now. Oh, and also, Peanut Butter is NOT a healthy option, it is full of sugar and salt and will just clog your insides and make you feel sluggish and put on a lot of weight fast.
You could suffer from diabetes. When you eat sugar [ and any food that contains it] it turns into glucose in the blood. Glucose supplies energy for the cells, but the cells need insulin, a hormone produced in the pancreas, to absorb the glucose. If someone has diabetes, the insulin amount produced in hid body is not enough for the amount of glucose introduced in the blood stream. Then, you feel sick and you don't have energy because your cell do not get enough/at all energy. And that's a condition called hyperglycemia. You should see a doctor immediately.
""Oh could replace unhealthy sweets with fruit and peanut butter.""
^ i lol'd XD peanut butter is filled to the brim with unhealthy stuff
diabetes.....
yeah this is the most logical answer....
its known that a diabetic will get sick if his blood sugar level rises.... do you feel thirsty? increased urination? what symptons do you ave when you "feel sick"?
People usually feels sick when eats too much sweet because when we eat too much sweet and penetrates to our blood our body produces too much insulin and tries to stop that.
As a result the body gets a reaction for that and we usually feel dizziness , illness etc
Hope it will help you :)
ive went to a doctor because i always felt sick and i had an mri but nothing came up and they almost put something down in my stomach, should i tell him it has to do with candy and stuff like that, would it make a difference?
Well I was thinking maybe you were talking about stuff like ice cream or somthing... I would ask a doctor because I don't think anybody on here can help you like a doctor can.
because your digesting system needs a balenced diet, try having sweets with your lunch, a sandwhich with sweets on the side or something x
Because they're not healthy to have too much of! Just alittle. Oh could replace unhealthy sweets with fruit and peanut butter.
okaay and well, i dont find harm in occasionally eating it.. all the time is bad and i dont eat it all the time too lol
For sure tell the doctor that it happens after eating sweets. But should you be eating that stuff anyway?
Not unless you eat the organic peanut butter, which I do so I didn't think about Jif
and it could be from eating like one piece of candy sometimes
i thought that was with cheese and milk or something? lol
Could you be lactose intolerant?
Are you just eating way to much?
