Answer #6

Anywhere. Like if u get it strerling silver its pretty much real and cheap. U can get that at claires, jcpenny or even walmart.

Answer #7

it sounds infected and you probably have a keloid (thats what the bump is called) take out the fake backing asap, put a real one in, maybe you have one from another pair of earngs. if you want a hoop make sure its surgical steel, go into a piercing store and take a look at the jewelrey, or you could even buy it online like on ebay

Answer #8

Like the previous posts said, you could either have a keloid or an infection. Soak the piercing in a warm sea salt water solution twice a day. After putting the new jewelry in of course.

Answer #9

this may sound dumb but,, when u mean soak my pericing do i juss damped it with something or put ear in it????

Answer #10

I’ve done both. I got a bowl, and filled it with salt water. I’ve also gotten the huge cotton balls, soaked them in the salt water solution and then wring the liquid out onto my piercing. Both ways worked just fine for me.

I had my industrial done twice, my nose, labret, eyebrow, snakebites, tongue, and my ear cartilage pierced. Most of these piercings I had the same problems with as you. The bumps stayed on my industrial for a good year.

After the soreness and drainage went away, I stopped using the salt water just out of laziness. I used it for about a month and a half. I’m fine now! No bumps!

Answer #11

instead of surgical steel,,, can it be steerling silver or something real but not to expensive, cuz i dont know how much my dad is gonna spend on my little ear???

Answer #12

The jewelry at the shops really aren’t that expensive. You’ll probably spend anywhere from $10-20. $20 being outrageous. Its worth the money when you think about it. Please get it from a tattoo/piercing shop though! You can even call around for pricing before you go! Stick with legit tattoo/piercing parlors though because at least then you’ll know what you’re getting.

Answer #13

ohkay i will cuz my dad said he didnt want me to wear the earring but i dont want it close until i get my hoop earing

Answer #14

hope everything goes well for you! Who pierced it for you if I may ask.
