Too much of the same type of veggie will lead to problems. If you ate almost nothing but starchy tubers you could become malnourisihed just as you might from eating mainly legumes, or mainly leafy vegetables. The healthiest diet has a variety of healthy foods. When I ate meat shrimp was my favorite so I probably overdid it when I couid.

How should I cook it to make it healthy? Do I boil water and put the shrimp in?
