Should I tell my Mom I might be pregnant?

ok im only 14 years old and I might be pregnant so should I tell my mom that I might be or wait untill I find out for sure ??

Answer #1

If I were you I would wait until you’re positive. I have thought I was pregnant before and it turned out I wasn’t, even though I thought I had all the signs. No sense in getting her all worked up if it can be avoided. See if you can get an EPT–have a friend get one for you, or something. Finding out for sure first would be best. In the future, though, you might want to sit down with your mom and tell her you’re sexually active, but you want to be responsible so you need help getting some birth control. She would probably appreciate you being open with her like that. That’s what I did, and my mom got me on birth control right away. I also avoided a big argument by sitting down and talking to her reasonably BEFORE I ended up pregnant.

Answer #2

Talk to her. Tell her what you told us. You will gain her trust, plus she can help remain not pregnant, if you are. Good luck.

Answer #3

well i think u should tell her when your totally sure cuz u do not want her to just freak out and try to kill u and what if ur not and u tell her so that will be abigger problem than being pregnant at 14

Answer #4

If you want to do the right thing tell her now. But if you want to be safe from her then wait till your sure.

Answer #5

I think you should tell her. If you are pregnant, you will need to know as soon as possible. Your mother would be able to get you a pregnancy test or take you to an ob-gyn.

She can also get you birth control. Never have s*x without it until you are actually trying to have a baby.

Answer #6

I THINK YOU SHOULD TELL HER EVEN IF YOUR NOT SURE CUZ RECENTLY I JUST TOLD MY MOTHER I WAS HAVEING S*X, WELL IT DIDNT GO GOOD,IM 17 AND NOT ALOWE TO SEE THE ONE PERSON I WANT TO SEE THE MOST .. ITS HARD.. AND I THINK YOU SHOULD TELL HER BEFOR SHE FINDS OUT HER SELF CUZ ALL THE TRUST SHE HAS 4 YOU MAY GO AWAY .. AND THEN YOU MIGHT END UP LIKE ME CUZ YOUR PARENTS THINK ITS BEST 4 YOU
