I have got a job offer, I am not experienced as have not worked before and we do have financial problems. Employer may consider me having part time , if I agree to a low pay than the actula scale. For me getting experience is the priority. My problem is I have a two year old daughter. My husband can stay at home after two in the afternoon. He is not saying either yes or no to looking after my daughter if I say yes to the employer. I so ant to do the job as money is really tight but don't know if I should take up the offer or let it pass and wait till my daughter grows up. I am already 37 and jobs are hard to come by as it is for non - experienced people like me. what should I do?
Yes she is my priority but we do need money and its really breaking my heart when I can't get her cloths or other stuff due to budgeting all the time. My hubby has a choice but he is silet on the issue-I do not have parents or siblings on my side of the family and his side considers me too low for any kindness. I am stuck , I can't leave him I can't bear to stay too as atleast he is providing roof on our heads. I wish If I had experience Icould do something for my kids too. The employer is ready to take me for evening shift for fur to five hours , if only my daughter's stayign back arrangements could be worked out somehow.
so what it doesn't matter if your not experienced take the job just because you gotthe offer if your a fast learner then watch how thry do it and try to do your best on the job amd keep your spirit strong.
The 2 yr old daughter is the priority unless the husband decides to do his part for the good of the family.
I would go for the job. . . . ease the finances. . .
