Should I sue my work for this injury?

I do not think it is possible to sue your work in this situation. Sueing is a major deal, so something worse would have had to happen. I understand that you were in major pain, but just because of this, you can not sue. Think of it this way, lets say a lady says she will pay you if you bring some boxes to the her car, and you do so. lets say that the boxes were heavy, but you continued with your work and after an ample amount of time your hand starts to cramp or you cannot move your fingures. You cannot sue the lady because she asked you and you approved and also, it might have just been that you were not used to lifting the amount of weight or something. But you would have been able to sue her if she tripped you on the way to her car etc. But I have to admit, your boss or supervisor should have offered medical aid etc. Now, of course I do not know details of what happened in your insident, there for I might not be telling you correctly, but by the content of your question it pretty much computes with my reply. funmail me if you have any questions!
