Should I give this guy a chance?

Theres a guy I dated a few weeks ago les call him (j) ok? Well I broke up with him because I hough he wasent happy being with me.and that he was playing me with one of my friends. And really and alls I wanted him to be was happy and if my friend made him happy then id b ok. well I broke up wih him and he said ok and then we acted like were bestfriends again. Well I still liked him and he still likes me. I’m afraid of getting hur and im also afraid hat if he two of us go out that im going to loose my best friend. I know that this is not a lot of info. But I just dont know should I take the chance with him or should I move on?

ok you should chance it but tell him how you feel. you say he likes you and you like him and you guys are friends well tell him before you guys go out that if anything happens ull still be friends after words. he should be just as scared of loosing a friend as you are if he was a decent guy if not hes not worth ure time so when you confront him with ure feelings and he doesnt get it or doesnt care dump him and move on

Well, first of all you should have came to him first instead of automatically accusing him of cheating on you. But the past is that past. Talk to him about getting back together instead of just asking him out. It would be the best approuch.
