Should I feel bad, for not attending a university?

Should I feel bad about myself, I was one of the top students in my class, ranked top 4% and got accepted to 8 universities, but because of my financial aid I am now going to a cc?

It seems to me that you did your part in getting the proper grades. That in and of itself is a major accomplishment for you.

Since the financial end did not work out for you, I don’t see why you should feel bad. In life, you’ve got to play the hand you were dealt. In your case, that means going to CC for now. Make the most of it. Try and determine where you and your finances will be in two years. It is entirely possible that you will end up splitting your education by going to CC for 2 years, transferring your credits to a university and finishing there. (It’s also much cheaper!)

hun dont worry the same thing happened to me and I had to end up going to community college for a little while but God saw I was paitient and obedient and now im in a great College!! it shouldnt matter what people think about you,you should want to satisfy Christ…I know you want your fam to be proud of you but for now you have to deal with what is given to youu…for a little while dont worry hun GOOD LUCK!!! and youll be fine you just wait and see…x0x0x0

sometimes you need to take a leap of faith. if you KNOW that you’ll prosper from doing something and that its the best thing for you I say go for it! some of the most successful people in the world went for their dreams and followed there heart

well the truth is am sad because I really wanted to go every thing was set for me just that these budget cuts and higher fees made it harder for me to pay, but I at least get to have cook meals something I wouldn’t get over there..”sight”

thanks but I really wanted to go I had gone to my orientation gotten my classes but I didn’t have enough money and I feel bad because everyone had high expectation for me it makes me feel like I disappointed everyone

I dont think you should it your desion and not everyone wants to go to uni for various reasons.
