When you compare a treadmill and an elliptical training program, which one works better? Should I sell my treadmill and buy an elliptical? If so which one should I buy? I hear that an elliptical would be better for my knees. Is this true?

If you have any problems with your knees or joints the elliptical is teh way to go. This machine allows your feet to remain in the same position alleviating pounding pain throughout your workout. The elliptical also simulates running but in a cirlcular controled motion which makes it feel easier while working out. Although the workout may seem easier you are in fact burning more calories because it works more areas in the body.
