ok well im 5'1 and I weigh a blah amount. lol sooo my point is
if say your 5 foot and weigh say160, cant that make you stay short? and like say your 5'5 and weigh ike 110 will that make you grow more? its hard to explain. but I've been 5'1 and its driving me crazy and im not fat, but im not skinny. so if anyone understands this, help me out...tha nksss<3
I was sleeping while my biology teacher was giving us lectures on Genes...but still since he was quite loud..n quite disturbing too..I heard him saying that "Your hieght generally depends on your father's genes" and blah blah..!! (after hearing this I again fell asleep lol..) so your short hieght might be because of your father. But no need to fight with him...
Yoga, Pilates, Stretching exercises,Hanging,Skipping,Swimming and a proper diet will improve your body posture and will add few extra inches to your hieght. Just do them regularly.. and don't loose hope! All the best! :)
Hey, Your weight has nothing to do with how you gorw...however...cpfee etc does so if you drink that kind of thing I would suggest stopping. but naw you have nothing to worry about...your weight shouldn't effect how you are growing.

I'm 5'6 1/2 and 135-140 (it changes a lot.) I have my father's height.
it depends where you get your height from. mom, or dad.
Drink a lot of water..It also helps.
