what will happen when the sharingan is first used?

first off sasuke is part of the uchiha clan (no duh) but the whole reason only their clan can use it is because they are trained from a young age. not a result of intensive inbreading like I thought in the first place.but IT BURNS like hell in your eyes. The chakra density is a level 3 and a full rasengan is 5. level 3 means that in the small space of 1 cubic inch, the energy is moving at 10 mph. but I’m not quite sure but when I first began the trainng, creating the lesnse was hard but I eventually got to see energy move so its not a total suprise just hurts.

Umm, well when Sasuke-baka used it for the first time, he notice he could keep track or Haku (who he was fighting at the time)’s super-fast attacks…but BOY was this a really rqndom question…were you bored or something? ;)
