you don’t. when she is ready she will be ready. are you sure that it is okay with her that you are touch her in all those places? it could be that she feels uncomfortable with the situation or just isn’t ready. just give it some time. (not a day or a week) if it still isn’t happening then talk to her about it, don’t try to persuade her.
