I dont know about all these strange terms like “queef” but using real words, here goes. During the sexual act, air is always pushed in first. During sexual intercourse, the air is released when the male pulls away (partly or completely) causing a “farting” sound. Sometimes gas will be released from the rectum due to pressure during sex. This can be embarassing or quite funny, it depends on you sense of humour. I hope this helps.
