does anybody know anything that I can use for sensitive teeth beacuse one of my front teeth is very sensitive
Use a toothpaste made for that purpose...Sensodyne really does work - I have sensitive teeth and I use it regularly.
You should have a dentist look at it too, though, since you may have a cavity or some other tooth infliction (seeing as it's only the one tooth - that's odd).
