How do I feel good bout my self .I look at my self sometimes with disapointment and don't know how neone could find me attractive I know this is a wierd ? But sorry
I feel like that sometimes too. Just know that you aren't unattractive. Try writing a list of things you LIKE about yourself and put it somewhere, like on your mirror. I did this and it really helped me. Whenever you feel disappointed in yourself or feel that you're ugly just read the list of all the good things about you.
:( im sure everyone feels that way about them selves once in a while but you cant let it get to you im sure its just in your head. just try to think about all the posotive things about yourself! or even trying telling yourself in front of a mirror your 20% better than you look!
find some kind of fun to do that make's you feel good and there you go o.k.
