I am a small framed person, I have a large chest, but no hips and behind. how do I get my behind to become more round and form hips?
You can't, your body structure, metabolic rate, where fat is stored in your body. All of this is determined by genetics. All you can do is wear clothes that accentuate what you do have. Why would you want a large butt anyhow? So it can smack the door frame as you enter the room? Not all men like big butt's, as long as it ample enough to grab onto then it's just fine. Variety is the spice of life.
eat bread...sadly I normally have a big butt and I want to get rid of it! I gep compliments ALL the time and im really honestly sick of it.. thats why I stopped eating bread it makes your butt bigger!
eat a lot of fried food, like kfc also trymc donalds squat lunges ets work.. alos squeeze your bum cheecks astitightht as you can to firm it and you will feel it vibrating that means its working
do squats strenuosly, they build the muscle in your butt and gives it that firm tight bubble look! but it will take time and you have to do it regurlary over time- just like working out.
all of you are wrong!!! you can get a bigger butt by finding you a man that can give you some good love plugging and I bet you you'll c da difference in 3 weeks if your man like mine
