...... whatever its called
A secret shopper is a person who shops and pretends to be a norma customer. They report back to their boss what kind of condition the store is in, if its clean or not, if things are stocked and in the proper place, and on the customer service that was provided. What your thinking of Katarina is called a "Loss Prevention" worker. They also dress like norma customers and walk around pretending to be normal customers and they look for shop lifters and suspicous customers. Walmart and target are two places that always have atleast one on duty.
No - it's a shopper who goes, does a shop and reports back to the company to make sure that the store is running efficiently and the staff is doing their job. I'm a secret shopper, myself.
I heard it's someone who works at a store and goes shopping undercover looking for anyone who could be trying to shoplift. I think thats what it is
I heard they have secret shoppers to look for shoplifters though. Hmm
That's what security does - completely different profession
