How often and how much would you have to eat seaweed to benefit from it?
Its differs. Thyroid problems run in my family and I have family members who had to have theirs killed because it wasn't regulating and a great aunt who had to move by the sea because she needed more salt that she could get, so by moving by the sea she could also get it in the air. Its not the seaweed itself that benefits you, its the salt and the iodine that's found in it. If your lacking iodine, save yourself the yucky taste and just buy iodine included salt, the thyroid pills (cynthyoid) they give out that's basically all it is, iodine.
