is sea salt a good way to treat acne?
has anyone had any good experiences with it?
Yes very much so, if it burns,and it WILL,, then it is helping, I jus got bk from flordia beach tha salt water would burn so bad but tha nex day tha redness was gone and they didn’t hurt anymore and tha nex day they wer gone.! U can mix hot water wit salt and wash bout 3 time a day it will help a whole lot jus let it dry and stay on bout 5 min hope it wrks 4 u it did me
everyday,i can see people finding new ways for curing acne..sometimes toothpaste,urine therapy and this sea salt.it may help you,just depends on your skin.sea salt have a lot of minerals..like sulphur and magnesium.It helps your skin to breathe and it helps to get rid away dirt and pollutants.just drink lots of water and wash your face often.
