school dance team
how can i start a dance team for my school? I have to write a persuation essay to convince my school to make a dance team that may be able to compete against other schools dance teams! i know of other schools that have them and i love to dance and it may get alot of people into dancing because it is active and very fun, it can reduce obisity and sitting around playing video games! Dancing is very good for your body and keeps you in shape
If you have to write an essay, then go for it - back when I was in high school, I actually tried out for a dance team they were starting. Didn’t end up having the time to commit to it, but the friend’s of mine who did had a lot of fun doing so.
Start with doing some research about how it’s good for you physically, and it keeps kids from doing other things that could be dangerous for themselves, etc. Then discuss how the school would be better off with a dance team as it would enable kids to become more involved, and from what I understand, kids who are involved in after school programs or extra curricular activities like that generally get better grades and are more likely to succeed in life.
