scholarships? fafsa? HELP!!!

ok, so I was just denied a 20,00 dollar scholarship that I had a lot riding on. it was an art scholarship to go to the college of creative studies. now I dont think I’ll be able to attend it because we cant afford $30,000 a year for college. and im not so sure I want to be like $150,000 in debt when I get out of college. does anyone know of any good scholarship places based on art portfolios? because I really want to go to ccs, and I know that if I do go there, it will change my life forever. I will get so much better. any help?

also, how much of fafsa is free money, not just loans?

Check out this book, “Peterson’s Scholarships, Grants & Prizes”. My mom got me the newest edition when I was looking for extra money for college. It’s a HUGE book, no joke it’s like 3.5in thick, so it’s a little scary but it has almost EVERY place that would help pay for college stuff. It’s expencive to buy but your library might have one, make sure it’s the newest edition though.

well to find out which kind of scholarshipz are out dere it is your guidance counselors job to hand you a booklet with all the scholarships available for you like they did down here and you choose which one bestly fitts you …

I can’t help you with that … if you’re still in high school talk to your guidance counselor (if you have any) about college and scholarships… I don’t know if the college is in the same state as you live and it also depends on the state.
