  1. Add 3 tablespoons of butter to a pot/pan and melt on a medium/high heat until it starts to go brown.

  2. Peel and core the apples and cut them into half inch pieces. Add them to the pot for about 9 minutes. Keep stirring and shaking the pan throughout these 9 minutes so the apples do not stick to the pan.

  3. Add some brown sugar, nutmeg, honey and whatever tastes you fancy to it.
