Sansa Fuze

My Sansa Fuze stopped scrolling yesterday. I didn’t do anything to it, I just turned it on and it wouldn’t scroll. Can I make it scroll again? If so, how?

Have you tried resetting it?

Slide and hold the Power button on the side of the unit. Hold it for about 10 seconds . If that doesn’t work, could be a problem with the scroll wheel.
