What exactly is the Rutherford model? I don't get it.
The rutherford model is a description of the structure of atoms. It was proposed in 1911 by british physicist Ernest Rutherford. It can be alternatively called the nuclear atom, or the planetary model of the atom. The model just describes the formation of the atom as a tiny, dense, positively charged core (called a nucleus), in which all the mass is concentrated. around which the light negative constitues (called electrons) circulate at some distance. The whole process is much like the way the planets revolve around the sun.
Hope this helps
i think its about chemisty ( atomic structure ) i dont remember it exactly but i remember i was easy xD
a man named rutherford made a model of how he thaught an atom looked like
