rusty ... discharge???

hey, im a 16 year old boy so I dont have a lot of experience in thsi area. me and my girlfriend having been… exploring areas of are sexual relationship and about the first time I fingered her a looked down at my hands and they had a rusty colour on them. Id fingered her sicne then but I havdnt found the rusty colour since then. then recently we had unproteced sex (though breifly because as soon as I went in we decided it was a bad idea nad I pulled out) and again I fingered her after that and no rusty clour but then about 4 days ago I fingeered her agin and found the rusty clour left on my hands again and then today we were really into it and some… a lot of her vaginal fluids got onto my bed and it was a rusty coulour again. it doesnt have any bad odoour or anything… just the usual odour. I thought it may of been blood left over form the period or becasue she wsa jsut about to have her period but I don’t know. the first time was about 4 days before her period was do and her next period is do in about 5 days or something like that so I was wondering what this rusty coloured vaginal fluid could meen. im not sure if this will help but the first time I was using one finger and then the last couple times I’ve been using more but the times in between that I had used two fingers so I don’t know… any thougths? also Do you think its possible for a girl to get pregnant if you have unprotected sex but your in there for like a quarter opf your penis and you pull out right away… and if so what are the chances?
