What can happen if I get caught I am 16 right now but I turn 17 in a 2 months and I was placed in dfs custody and I ran from a girls home I just wanted to know what can happen if they catch me before I turn 17?
Actually legally they can take you til you are 25yrs old if they catch you.My niece is 16 going on 17 and my sister tried to have her locked up for no reason but because she talks to guys,The police said she is 16 and she can stay out as long as she legally wants and there isnt nothing my sister can do however if they had custody already she would be there til 25.Hopes this helps.
