I have a rumor (the phone) and I have been having trouble putting music on it. I got the memory card, downloaded the sprint music player, and bought the usb cord to connect to the computer. the music player says to connect the phone and when I do nothing happens and it still tells me to connect. I have also tried just to put mp3s on to the momory card. when I go to the folder from my phone I see the files but they wont play.
any suggestions?
Are you sure the USB cord works? and the USB port? Test those out first. It seems like the phone isn’t detecting the USB.
