Hard times come and hard times go Mistakes are better than perfection Without mistakes, what would you know? We’re humans and nothing less We’re humans and nothing more We’re not the best And we don’t deserve to be adored Only trying to enjoy life In any way we possibly can It’s never gonna be fair But that’s how boys become men It’s like a totally brand new person With the same old name We need to learn from mistakes So we can play harder games I want my bones to break And I want it to f*ckin hurt I want to fall to the ground Just to get up and brush off the dirt I want to go all the way down Because it’s the only way I can get back up
